Port Jervis middle schooler recognized as Citizen of the Month for uplifting Instagram page

Orange County Executive Steve Neuhaus named Grady Witkowski, 13, Citizen of the Month for his uplifting Instagram page, Joy of Grady.

A Port Jervis middle schooler was recognized for spreading joy through social media.
Orange County Executive Steve Neuhaus named Grady Witkowski, 13, Citizen of the Month for his uplifting Instagram page, Joy of Grady.
During the pandemic, Grady struggled with not being able to participate in normal activities or see his friends, so his family created Joy of Grady as a way to interact with the world.
It caught the attention of hundreds of people.
