Police have arrested a Port Jervis animal control officer after they say he raped a teenager.
Robert Murray Jr. is accused of having sex with a 15-year-old last year.
He is now facing charges of felony rape and endangering the welfare of a child.
Murray is on administrative leave from his job as the investigation continues.
