An employee at a Yonkers bar was fatally shot early Sunday morning, police say. 

The shooting happened at Duo Tapas Bar and Lounge around 2 a.m. Officers say it started as a fight between two employees, when someone fired shots into the front hitting the two men. Both men were taken to the hospital, where one was pronounced dead. 

Police have a person of interest in custody. They have not yet released the names of the victims.

Councilman John Rubbo says police have responded to many complaints at Duo Tapas. He’s calling on the mayor and police commissioner to shut the place down.
