A woman was arrested in the Saugerties Police Department parking lot Friday night for driving while intoxicated.

The driver and passenger were listening to music when an officer noticed they were drunk behind the wheel just before 11 p.m., according to authorities.

Police say the driver, 27-year-old Kari Becker, had a blood alcohol content of 0.22%, which is nearly three times the legal limit.
