Police say they have identified the man who was found unconscious in the middle of the street in Bronx.

Police say they have identified the man who was found unconscious in the middle of the street in Bronx. According to officers, the man is from Yonkers. 
Police say this man was discovered unconscious and unresponsive in the middle of the street July 22 at 6:33 a.m. in the University Avenue and Reservoir Avenue area.
He was transported to Montefiore Hospital, where he most recently was unresponsive in critical condition, but has no apparent injuries, police say.
The man was not in possession of identification or any other personal belongings, according to officers.
