A teen who was shot in Hillcrest last weekend has died, Ramapo police say.

As News 12 reported, authorities say they found a 19-year-old lying in the street with a gunshot wound Saturday.

The man was taken from Nyack Hospital to Westchester Medical Center, where he died.

The identity of the man has not been released.
