Police are interviewing family members, friends and customers of a Greenburgh gas station owner who was killed Saturday.
Anthony Fizzinoglia's body was found by one of his employees in his office at the Lukoil gas station on Tarrytown Road. Police say the 44-year-old man was shot in the head.
According to investigators, robbery was not a motive behind Fizzinoglia's killing because nothing was taken.
Some of Fizzinoglia's customers say the victim was difficult to deal with and had a hot temper. Friends say Fizzinoglia had recently gone through a bitter divorce with his wife, who sources say is a corrections officer in Valhalla.
