A Connecticut man has been arrested for allegedly throwing thousands of dollars' worth of heroin out the window of his car during a police chase.
Westchester County police say Erick Franceshini tossed 300 heroin packets out of a car window after being pulled over on the Hutchinson River Parkway near the North Street exit this weekend.
Police say Franceshini tried to flee the scene and when he got off the parkway, he collided with another car.
Franceshini and another man are now facing drug charges.
