Police in Ellenville are searching for a suspect accused of firing gunshots near a gas station.
Officers say multiple shots were fired at two people standing next to their cars at the Valero on Route 209.
The targets weren't struck, but their vehicles were hit.
Another bullet went through a nearby bedroom window, just missing the person sleeping there at the time.
Police believe the gunshots came from a dark colored Mercedes sedan.
