Police: Remains found in car pulled from Hudson River IDed as man missing since 2008

Police say human remains found inside a car that was pulled from the bottom of the Hudson River has been identified as a man missing since 2008.
As News 12 has reported, divers participating in a training exercise discovered the submerged blue Hyundai last month in Poughkeepsie.
State police say the man has been identified as Rohan Brown. He was missing 11 years ago, in 2008.
Authorities say Brown was set to begin at SUNY college in a few days, but never showed up for class.
The investigation into a cause of death remains ongoing.
