A New Rochelle man is set to be arraigned on attempted murder charges today after allegedly choking his stepmother.
Police say they were called to a home in Tuesday afternoon.
Investigators say an argument between the 53-year-old victim and 25-year-old Daniel Arteaga-Flores escalated into an assault.
The victim is now hospitalized in intensive care.
