A man was pistol whipped and beaten with brass knuckles during a robbery early Saturday morning in Poughkeepsie, police say.
Officers were called to the scene on Pershing Avenue at around 1:30 p.m., according to authorities.
The victim was hospitalized with deep lacerations, a broken rib and nose.
Police say investigation is ongoing.
