A man was arrested after police say he was found driving with heroin in his vehicle.
State police say Angel Cruz was pulled over on Route 17 in the town of Wallkill.

They say they discovered raw, unpackaged heroin in Cruz's vehicle.
Cruz is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was being held at the Orange County Jail.
