6h agoPolice say a man was seriously injured after he lost control of his vehicle while suffering a medical emergency.
Saugerties police responded to a 911 call around 9 a.m. Wednesday about two cars colliding on Route 9W.
Upon arrival, they saw 76-year-Joseph Patterson, of New York City, was unconscious.
The driver of the other vehicle was not injured.
Patterson remains in the hospital in critical condition.
