yesterdayAuthorities say a man is facing felony assault charges for seriously injuring someone in a fight in the Town of Saugerties.
Police say Walton Gordon turned himself in on Tuesday after a road rage attack last month at a McDonald's parking lot on Route 212.
Gordon was arraigned in the Town of Saugerties Justice Court and released on his own recognizance.
He's due back in court at a later date.
