A burglar made off with more than $50,000 worth of jewelry from a home in Kiryas Joel earlier this week.
State police are investigating the home burglary, which happened at about 4 p.m. Wednesday along Schunemunk Road.
Police tell News 12 the resident came home to find the house being burglarized.
No arrests have been made yet.
