Police responded to the Summit Manor apartment complex after a shooting in Hackensack on Wednesday night.
Officials say that around 8:02 p.m., Hackensack police found a 22-year-old man with a gunshot wound to his face.
The man was transported to Hackensack University Medical. Officials say he is undergoing treatment and is expected to survive.
The Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office is investigating.
