Police say Barry Spinger suffered serious trauma and died at the hospital the following night.

Barry Spinger, 68, was hit while walking on East Park Avenue.
Police say Spinger suffered serious trauma and died at the hospital the following night.
The e-bike rider stayed at the scene.
