Bedford Hills police say a Katonah man is facing charges after a crash on Cherry Street Friday night.

Officers found a Toyota Corolla wedged between a handrail and a building. The driver was taken to Northern Westchester Hospital.

Police say a search of the car uncovered a handgun and some cocaine.

After being released from the hospital, 25-year-old Bryan Lee Guerra was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a weapon.

Police believe a medical emergency led to the crash.
