Police arrested a wrong-way driver on the Tappan Zee Bridge Sunday.
Officials say 31-year-old Simon Rashid, of Queens, was spotted by a state thruway maintenance truck driver on the bridge.
They say Rashid was heading northbound in the southbound lanes in Tarrytown.
He was then pulled over by state troopers and charged with DWI, among other vehicle and traffic violations.
