Orangetown police say they arrested a man who was allegedly drunk behind the wheel when he crashed on a residential property.
It happened just after 8 a.m. Saturday.
Officials say Jonathan Echardt crashed into the front porch of a home on Middletown Road.
 
The 25-year-old New Jersey resident was taken into custody and was later released on bail.
Echardt is due back in court next month.
