Police: Drunk driver crashes into parked cars in Congers
Police identified the driver as 35-year-old Stephen Kutcher. He is facing DWI charges.

Police say a drunk driver in a red Toyota struck four parked cars in Rockland County.
They say the Toyota rolled over before coming to a stop on South Route 9W in Congers Saturday morning.
The roadway was temporarily closed for about an hour.
Police identified the driver as 35-year-old Stephen Kutcher.
He was charged with DWI and is set to return to court at a later date.
