Police: Driver who crashed into Ossining home surrenders

They say Tevin Mackey drove a Subaru into the building, then fled as the vehicle burst into flames, according to authorities.

Police say a driver accused of crashing into a multifamily home on South Highland Avenue last month has turned himself in.
They say Tevin Mackey drove a Subaru into the building, then fled as the vehicle burst into flames, according to authorities. Everyone inside the home escaped unharmed.
Fifteen people remain displaced due to the incident.
Police say Mackey was not the registered owner of the car involved.
