A Bridgeport man has been charged in a fatal wrong-way crash that happened Sunday morning on the Hutchison River Parkway in Rye Brook, New York.
Westchester County police say a car was traveling south in the northbound lanes when it collided head-on with another vehicle causing that car to burst into flames.
The northbound side heading into Connecticut was closed for hours during the investigation.
Police say 48-year-old Jose Espinal is charged with vehicular manslaughter and DWI.
The victim has not yet been identified publicly.
