Police have determined that the body of a man found in a wooded area of Mount Kisco Sunday evening is a case of homicide.
Autopsy reports indicate that 53-year-old Jose Sanchez died from some type of blunt-force trauma after a struggle.
Westchester County police say the victim's relative discovered him dead at around 9 p.m. They say that his body was found about 75 feet into a wooded area off Lieto Drive.
Police say Sanchez was a homeless landscaper and likely knew his killer.
Officials say they have possible suspects lined up, who they believe knew Sanchez. They say they are confident charges will be brought forth in the coming days.
