Police are asking for the public?s help Saturday in locating the driver of a hit-and-run accident that killed a Mount Kisco man and left his partner critically injured.
According to police, the couple, both in their 50s, was crossing the street in Manhattan between Ninth Avenue and 28th Street around 8 p.m. Friday when they were struck. Witnesses say a gray Honda with the Florida plate TO62HN was speeding so fast it sent the couple flying nearly 30 feet on impact.
Police believe there were two men in the Honda at the time of the accident. Anyone with information is asked to call 1-877-577-TIPS.
