yesterdayPort Chester police are asking for the public’s help in locating a person suspected of robbing a bank just over the New York state line in Greenwich, Connecticut.
Police say they have an active arrest warrant for Joseph “JC” Heffner. The 42-year-old is described as 5 feet 10 inches, and 150 pounds
They say Heffner robbed the M&T Bank on the Post Road in the neighborhood of Cos Cob on May 11. He is wanted for robbery in the first degree and larceny in the fourth degree.
