4ds agoPolice say they have made an arrest in the killing of a 37-year-old Soundview man.
Police say Rafael Ortiz, 40, was arrested last month and is facing a number of charges including the murder of Ramon Luna.
Police say Luna was found at his home on Lafayette Avenue in May with injuries around his body.
Luna died at the scene.
