Police have arrested five teenagers in connection with an overnight crime spree in New Rochelle.
One of the alleged robberies occurred on Main Street in the city's downtown section at around midnight. Police say a man was walking down the street when he was robbed and assaulted.
Three other men were also beaten and robbed in other parts of the city, including Huguenot and Union streets, during the 45-minute crime spree. Each victim was walking alone.
None of the victims were seriously hurt. One of them was taken to the hospital for a head injury, but was treated and released.
Police say the teenage suspects, who were unarmed, were arrested after being caught on surveillance video. They are being charged as adults with robbery and attempted murder. The teens are expected to appear in court Monday.
One suspect still remains at large.
