Port Jervis police say a 16-year-old teen with a knife approached another teen while walking to school on Friday.

The incident happened on Hamilton Street. The victim reported the incident when he arrived at school.
Port Jervis police and town of Deerpark police say they are investigating the matter.
No active threats to the school or community have been reported.
