A Pleasantville man has been indicted on 12 charges related to taking sexually explicit photos of a child.
John Passaretti was arrested in October after a complaint said he may have photographed a young child in a sexual way.
Officials say the alleged incident was captured on a nanny camera at a Westchester home.
Passaretti is being held on $500,000 bail.
He's due back in court in December.
