A New Windsor man is behind bars for allegedly snatching a woman off the street in Newburgh and raping her.
Peter Donnery was arraigned in Orange County Court Tuesday.
He is facing kidnapping and rape charges after allegedly grabbing the woman off the street in Newburgh earlier this month, driving her to New Windsor and raping her.
The victim managed to get away from Donnery, and was helped by a female jogger who found her.
