Pennsylvania man killed in motorcycle crash in Sullivan County; second biker charged with DWI

State police say 40-year-old Joseph Messina and 42-year-old William Bailey, both from Pennsylvania, were riding their motorcycles in the Town of Bethel when their bikes collided.

A man was killed in a motorcycle crash Sunday evening in Sullivan County.
State police say 40-year-old Joseph Messina and 42-year-old William Bailey, both from Pennsylvania, were riding their motorcycles in the Town of Bethel when their bikes collided.
Bailey was thrown off his bike and hit a utility pole. Troopers say he was pronounced dead at the scene.
Messina was taken to the hospital, treated and released. He was later charged with DWI and is expected back in court at the end of the month.
