Peekskill man indicted for murder in the deadly shooting of Poughkeepsie father

Authorities say McClure confronted and chased the victim while firing gunshots after Wilson dropped his child off with the child's mother at their Peekskill home.

A Peekskill man has been indicted in the deadly shooting of a Poughkeepsie father.
Reginald McClure was indicted on second degree murder according to the Westchester District Attorney’s Office.
He's accused of shooting Ernest Wilson in May. Authorities say McClure confronted and chased the victim while firing gunshots after Wilson dropped his child off with the child's mother at their Peekskill home.
He died three days later.
McClure was arraigned in County Court and is being held in Westchester County Jail.
