Peekskill police say they executed a search warrant at a home on Brown Street in collaboration with the county police Narcotics Unit.
During the search, a large amount of suspected PCP was seized, along with over $80,000 in cash.
Peekskill resident Michael Owens was taken into custody.
He faces multiple charges, including criminal possession of a controlled substance.
