Two women are recovering after police say a driver struck them while turning onto Mamaroneck Avenue in Mamaroneck.
Police said the women were in a crosswalk when the driver hit them Wednesday while making a left turn onto Mamaroneck Avenue.
Both were taken to White Plains Hospital and are expected to be OK.
The driver was ticketed for failing to yield to pedestrians. Police also arrested him after finding a forged vehicle registration, authorities said.
