On day four of the heightened security measures, Westchester County Airport reports fairly smooth sailing for passengers. Sunday, the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) announced that passengers can carry on small amounts of liquid non-prescription medicines. Travelers say they know they can?t carry any other liquids on board. For those who forgot the new rule, trash cans were positioned nearby. British police say the bombers were planning to use liquid explosives placed in carry-on bags to blow-up airliners head to the United States. Michael Chertoff, head of Homeland Security, says the new procedures at the airports will stay in place for a while.
