An overturned tractor-trailer caused a traffic nightmare in northern Westchester this morning.
Route 9 between Main Street and the Bear Mountain Parkway in Cortlandt was closed in both directions for several hours this morning after that truck carrying wood overturned.
The truck spilled it contents onto the northbound lane and it took hours for crews to remove the debris.
There was no reports of injuries.
