I-287 have reopened after a tractor-trailer overturned in White Plains this
morning.
Police say the dump truck was hauling large boulders when it crashed
near Exit 8. One eastbound lane was also closed due to debris for a short time.
In addition to
heavy backups on I-287, there were delays on surrounding local streets.
The accident and debris was
cleared around 11:30 a.m.
