A utility worker in Orange is recovering after getting jolted by a live wire.
A representative for Central Hudson says the worker was repairing a storm-damaged line along White Terrace in Cornwall-on-Hudson Tuesday afternoon when the incident happened.
They say he was connecting a low-voltage service line from a utility pole to a home when he was somehow jolted.
A neighbor told News 12 that she saw the worker shaking his hands after it happened.
A representative for Central Hudson says the worker was taken to the hospital as a precaution and is expected to be OK.
