A Yonkers resident was found dead inside his home Saturday after authorities responded to a fire at the residence, investigators say. Witnesses say the kitchen inside 233 Sprain Road was burnt out.

A Yonkers resident was found dead inside his home Saturday after authorities responded to a fire at the residence, investigators say.
Witnesses say the kitchen inside 233 Sprain Road was burnt out. That's where the victim's son discovered the unidentified man's body.
Authorities said they did not believe foul play was involved in the man's death, but have remained tight-lipped on the investigation.
Neighbors say the victim was an older man that had lived alone in the community for a few years.
