A man allegedly shot by an NYPD officer from Yonkers came face to face with him for the first time at a court hearing Thursday.
Joseph Felice and Robert Borrelli were on their way home from a hockey game when they stopped at a red light at Lincoln and Sixth avenues in Pelham last April.
Officer Brendan Cronin, who was off duty and allegedly drunk at the time, allegedly fired 14 rounds from his 9mm service revolver without warning.
Six of the bullets struck Felice.
"I still have a bullet lodged in my chest, which serves as a constant reminder of what happened to me," said Felice.
Cronin underwent a mental evaluation and his attorneys are expected to use a psychiatric defense, claiming that Cronin blacked out.
