There is a
small sign of progress as the state's COVID-19 infection rate has dipped
slightly.
New York's
positivity rate sits at 3.16%, with just over 4,000 new cases reported Monday.
Sadly, 28
more people died from the virus.
The
Mid-Hudson Region saw a more significant drop as the infection rate went from
3.64% on Sunday to 3.56%.
Two new
deaths were reported in the area - one in Dutchess County and another in Westchester County.
