Police in Norwalk are offering a reward for any information leading to the arrest of a suspect in a 2006 homicide.
Laray Moore was fatally shot while sitting in his vehicle on Roodner Court.
Authorities believe the shooting was in retaliation to a previous event.
Anyone with any information is urged to call Norwalk police.
