The North Highland Falls Fire Department in Cold Spring administered its 2,000th dose of the vaccine.
The Mid-Hudson region currently has 428,000 residents who have received their first dose - and 217,000 are fully vaccinated.
Rep. Sean Patrick Maloney was also at the firehouse volunteering, while talking about funding for vaccine distribution.
