A massive fire has closed Rocky Bar Farm for the rest of the season.
The fire ripped through a barn that was filled with farm equipment and where the holiday shops were stored.
Owner Erika Maikish is devastated by what has happened to the family business.
“We both put out hearts and soul into it,” says Maikish.
The farm has been in the family for 15 years. Closing for the foreseeable future during a peak time is overwhelming.
“We will be taking a loss this year, unfortunately,” says Maikish.
The family was not at the farm when it happened and doesn't know what started it. Fortunately, nobody was injured.
The Maikish family is hoping to rebuild and is asking for help. They have set up a GoFundMe page for donations.
