News 12 Long Island remembered on Sunday a beloved co-worker who died in the Sept. 11 terror attacks.
Former News 12 Long Island photojournalist Glen Pettit had become a New York City police officer.
Pettit was also a West Sayville volunteer firefighter.
"He would do things like reverse pictures on the wall to tell he was there. He would play jokes, practical jokes on people, and he was basically an imp. That's the best way I can describe him," said West Savile Fire Department Chaplain George Muckenbeck.
Pettit was working as an NYPD photographer on 9/11.
He was last seen with a camera on his shoulder following firefighters into the World Trade Center.
