News 12 Education Ambassador says kids are excited to return to Byrum Hills school

Bonnie Waxman tell News 12 that dropping her kids off this morning was a bit chaotic, since fewer kids are taking the bus.

It is the first day of school for students in the Byram Hills School District.
Fourth-grader Caroline Waxman and her sister, third-grader Emma, are just two students returning to Coman Hill Elementary School today.

Their mom, Bonnie Waxman tells News 12 her kids were excited to get back into the classroom.         
Although she's nervous, Waxman says she thinks Byram Hills has an excellent reopening plan. "They've divided all classes. It seems like they really thought of everything they've worked really hard on this."
She did tell News 12 that dropping her kids off this morning was a bit chaotic, since fewer kids are taking the bus.
