Four Newburgh men convicted in a terror plot remain behind bars this morning.
The four were convicted in 2010 of plotting to bomb synagogues in the Bronx and to shoot down military planes from Stewart Air Base.
They were seeking to have the U.S. Supreme Court hear their appeals, but the high court declined.
The four are serving 25-year prison terms.
