New York teen takes 2nd place in Tarrytown-based competition for his science research

Congratulations are in order for a New York teen who made it all the way to the finals in the Tarrytown-based Regeneron Science Talent Search.
Noah Getz, 17, walked away with second place and $175,000 for his research.
Fellow scientists say his work could be used to pinpoint treatments for both Alzheimer's disease and COVID-19.
A 19-year-old from New Hampshire won the top award.
